In 2021, 2022 and 2023, the death rate in Ventura County soared 28 percent over its historical average, according to the State of California Department of Finance’s report titled, “E.6. Population Estimates and Components of Change by County — July 1, 2020-2023” (Sacramento, California, December 2023).
From 2011-2019, Ventura County experienced an average of 6.6 deaths per thousand residents annually. But in the three years 2021, 2022 and 2023, the average jumped to 8.4 deaths per thousand residents annually — much higher even than in 2020 when COVID pushed deaths per thousand to 7.1.

Ventura County’s death rate rose higher than California’s, which spiked to 8.2 deaths per thousand residents in 2021-23 from a previous average of 6.6.
Scientists and medical experts claim to be baffled as to what large-scale factor could have caused such a persistent rise in overall mortality since 2021, both in California, the U.S. and Europe.
“Three years after the first COVID cases were detected in the Bay Area, a vexing question persists that can no longer be explained by the terrifying arrival of a deadly novel coronavirus: Why are so many people still dying?” wrote Harriet Blair Rowan of theSan Jose Mercury News nearly a year ago in an article titled, “California saw nearly 20% more deaths since 2020, and COVID alone can’t explain it” (Feb. 2, 2023).
“Since 2020, California has recorded 130,000 more deaths than in the three previous years, a nearly 20% increase in mortality, the largest sustained spike in more than a century,” the article said. “In essence, experts say, that’s 130,000 more burials, cremations, viewings and funerals than there should have been.”
In a USA Today article titled, “More young Americans are dying – and it’s not COVID. Why aren’t we searching for answers?” (Aug. 11, 2023), Dr. Pierre Kory, M.D., chief medical officer of the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance, and reporter Mary Beth Pfeiffer wrote, “Life insurance actuaries are reporting that many more people are dying – still – than in the years before the pandemic. And while deaths during COVID-19 had largely occurred among the old and infirm, this new wave is hitting prime-of-life people hard.”

Employee life insurance claims show that “[a]mong working people 35 to 44 years old, a stunning 34% more died than expected in the last quarter of 2022, with above-average rates in other working-age groups, too,” they wrote.
That huge leap in deaths is happening as COVID deaths have all but disappeared.
“Week in, week out, this unnatural loss of life is on the scale of a war or terrorist event,” Kory and Pfieffer wrote.
As reported by Kory and Pfieffer, CEO Scott Davison of OneAmerica, a large Indiana life insurance company, saw a “40 percent increase” in death rates in the third quarter of 2021 in people ages 18-64.
“We are seeing, right now, the highest death rates we have seen in the history of this business – not just at OneAmerica,” Davison said during an online news conference in January 2022. “The data is consistent across every player in that business.”
Kory and Pfieffer put the inflection point in late 2021.
“Life insurance data suggests something happened in the fall of 2021 in workplaces, especially among white-collar workers,” they wrote in USA Today. “These are people whose education, income level and access to health care would predict better outcomes.”
Robert Anderson, chief of the Mortality Statistics Branch at the National Center for Health Statistics, told the Mercury News, “Before 2020, periods of excess deaths were relatively infrequent and typically an indicator of bad flu seasons … What’s happening now is unprecedented in modern times.”
Dr. Cory Franklin, a retired intensive care physician, and Dr. Robert Weinstein, an infectious disease specialist at Rush University Medical Center, penned an article for the Chicago Tribune last April called, “Opinion: Excess deaths in the U.S. are rising at a shocking rate.”
Since the pandemic began, they wrote, excess deaths are up by more than 1.25 million in the U.S., about 15% higher than in the pre-pandemic years. As a result, “life expectancy in the U.S. has dropped for the second consecutive year,” they said. “Current life expectancy in the U.S. is 76.4 years, the lowest figure of the past two decades. … Now we have fallen behind Lebanon and Cuba.”

I left Ventura county in the summer of 2018 for a another country and man am I glad I did. 6 months later I knew what was going on and I knew a vaccine would be coming out to to fulfill evil Bill gates’s prophecy on the population from 2010 that is still on video. He said there’s “currently 6 billion people on the planet soon to be 8 billion people but if we do a good job with vaccines we can lower that by 10 to 15%”. Then I was kicked off Facebook and Twitter as soon as I put word out not to take any vaccine that comes out. Since then I have lost friends, and 21 people that I knew quite well in Ventura have died from the covid vaccine.
