Midterm Contests Have Arrived

The 2022 campaign season has officially begun. Tables above and left, compiled from data available at the Ventura County Elections Division and Turn The Tide, show the dozens of opportunities for Ventura County residents to vote for local offices that affect local policies. They include county sheriff, district attorney, assessor and auditor-controller, several superior court judges, four state assembly members, a U.S. Senator, four U.S. Representatives, two Ventura County supervisors and three Conejo Valley Unified School District board trustee seats. There are 50-plus school board seats up for election this year throughout the County.

Interested candidates have until February 9 to submit “Signatures in Lieu of Filing Fee” petitions and March 11 to submit a “Declaration of Candidacy.” Additional forms required can be found on the County Elections website.

I’d love to start disseminating on the behalf of our county, state and country! It’s GO TIME! We need to blanket the streets with the truth, the ultimate pivot in this war on WeThePeople! It’s time to wash our blood off their hands, and bleed for a REAL PATRIOT to represent US. #GodBlessAmerica #HomeOfTheBrave
